Instructions & Invitation to Participate in LLF 2.0
To join the LLF 2.0 You must both log in online, and dial in, over the phone. We’ve opted for a two-part login so you can join the conversation during the session by un-muting and announcing yourself.
To log in:
- Point your browser to http://www.VcallQuickMeeting.com/. The Vcall Quick Meeting Login page will appear. You are a participant
- Enter the log in credentials: Access Code: tdg01 [case-sensitive]. Name: [First and last, please]. Company: [Your employer]. Email: [The address you use for LLF purposes]
- Click <Log In>. LLF 2.0 will open in a new browser window
To Dial in:
- Dial 218-339-4300
- Enter the Conference Access Code: 995032#
- Announce yourself as you enter please
Engage throughout the LLF 2.0 in three ways: 1. To submit a question or comment: Locate the Chat frame. It’s on the right side of the Quick Meeting window. Type your question in the field at the bottom of the Chat frame. Click <Send>. Your question or comment will be addressed soon.
2. To respond to a multiple-choice poll: Just follow the on-screen instructions when the poll appears 3. To join the conversation: Click the <Raise Hand> icon in the toolbar located at the top of the window. When acknowledged by one of the presenters, un-mute your line by pressing *6. Please pick up the handset or use a headset when speaking. No speaker phones please! When finished speaking, re-mute your line by pressing *6 again.
Signing Out of the session Online: Click the <Sign Out> icon on the Toolbar located at the top of the Quick Meeting window.
On the phone: Press *3 to exit the audio conference
