Various LLF Participant Plans
I’ve priced these LLF engagements within the range of an individual leader’s own investment if corporate sponsorship is not easily available. My objective is to share, not to make $, just to cover all direct costs!
1.- If you are a current Forum participant or graduate, there are three plans for LLF 2.0 engagement:
- Join or continue as before, to contribute /learn/change, on each or any/all of the 12 virtual calls scheduled each year. For 1 year for $60
- Join in as a group, in one organization, with a sponsor [the lead connection] and up to 10 more participants, for $500. Participants can be changed or rotated for each and every one of the 12 calls. Follow up calls with the sponsor are included. One year expiration.
2.- If you are a newcomer to the Forum Process, with a graduate sponsor, and special arrangements with me, you will be engaged in several months of intense personalized & individual counsel, and leadership preparation, for $2000 prepaid. You will after that, with a 2nd installment of $3000 be included fully in the LLF 2.0 process and can attend the LLF@ Cantigny 10/2-4/2012 [TOTAL = $5000].
Several new comers have graduating into LLF 2.0. They are quite active and appreciative. All come from requests by their graduate bosses, who want their own Forum experience and beliefs shared, now, in their current staff [often new!]. So…LLF 2.0, for graduates, is a way of staying in touch with other leaders, of revitalizing themselves in a most convenient and inexpensive process, AND, now helping others in their organization grow, change, & learn!!
3.- If you want to do The Forum Process yourself, internally in your organization, I’ll invoice you for $1000 to begin planning for a self-sustaining, internal Leadership Learning Forum, with my initial, extensive counsel. These are all completely customized, and involve lots of planning/talking/doing. We will set up a plan, involving a separate, mutually agreed $ retainer covering the development and likely just the first cycle of such a Forum.
