“Newcomers” to the LLF Process
1. Six long [c.30-45 mins.] phone calls covering the basic ideas, processes, objectives, assignments, potential results, optimal attitude and approach of the LLF process. These may be overlapped a bit, with the 12 scheduled LLF 2.0 virtual calls per year. The 12 scheduled calls are a part of this ongoing process and likely will lead to additional, personally scheduled interactions.
2. As many as possible of the above 6 calls, done on individual sessions on VCall Quick Meeting & Free Conference Call.
3. Several “Status” phone calls with the sponsor, for agreement to continue with this customized program, and possibly to customize some process more effectively customized for those individuals, or to discontinue.
4. One “face to face” meeting [c. 90-120 mins.] with me, the first 4-8 months on Cape Cod, in Chicago or site based. Separately priced.
5. Newcomers will be coached intensely, initially individually and as useful later, and held to high engagement standards as of LLF 2.0.
6. Newcomers will also be given the opportunity of seeral individual “Cool Down” sessions @ the end of the regular LLF 2.0 sessions, with me and several other “old timers”.
7. Sponsors are expected to participate heavily in this process, and separately in sessions on site, until the first cycle is complete [ONE YEAR, at a minimum]. Thereafter, the newcomer is considered a Graduate
8. The sponsor & the “newcomer”, both carry a heavy & interactive responsibility of time & energy, in this developmental process.
9. One LLF Forum @ Cantigny outside Chicago Oct. 4-5, 2011, is included to the program.
10. My materials, counsel, virtual presence is always available however arranged.
