Leadership Learning Forum 2.1 [LLF 2.1]
More tightly integrated
LLF 2.1 is anevolving, closed group for Forum participants, Forum graduates, plus others in my network to partake in a series of Webinar like dialogues. They’ll be focused on related Forum topics, co-facilitated by me, with selected graduates or sponsors, about 55 minutes long, on a monthly basis (12 minimum per year).
In 2011, I integrated more carefully into LLF 2.1, all 5 of the following: this website, my materials and connections on Ecto, LLF 2.0 history, the LLF Group on LinkedIn, and all those increasing number of clients whom I’m helping learn how to run internal LLF’s, on a self-sustaining basis, in their own optimal way
I expect this focus will continue throughout 2012, grow in scope and have a great impact on participants, as it’s more convenient, requires no travel, and will be one of the easiest ways to stay in touch with my counsel, ideas, network, and persoal/professional directions.
After two plus years [c.30 calls] of exploring/experimenting with LLF 2.0, there is still much to learn & improve in this new way of our continual growing and changing, but it’s been both very rewarding and convenient for us all!! I strongly urge you to try it out LLF 2.1, and be with us as this happens.
